The Play
All My Sons is a play about corruption, war, family values and the relationship
of all three. Set in a small industrial town, the action takes place in the
Keller household. It’s been three years since two events rocked the family -
a war and a court-case. The war left the family with only one son, the other still
‘Missing In Action’. The court-case destroyed the business partnership between Joe
Keller and his best friend, Steve Deever. Steve was found guilty of supplying
defective material to the Air Force, while Joe toiled to resurrect and rebuild
the business.
Now in more peaceful times, Ann Deever, Steve’s daughter, has returned to visit
the family she grew up next to and maybe marry the remaining Keller son, Chris.
The total running time of the performance is approximately 2 hours.
The two acts will be separated by a 15 minute interval.
