Ninad Subedar(Abhay Harpade) is very big industrialist, Salil (mehul Buch) is reputed person in advertising business. Ninad & Salil, both are best friends. All the advertiments of any new product of Subedar Industries are created by Salil only because of the freindship. Because of this salil has made his name in the advertising industry.

The relation of the friends are not only upto the business but their relations are family relations too.

Ninad & his father Pitamber Subedar(Hiralal Thakkar) has very much faith in god. Because of this they spend lacs & crore of rupees for building temples, helping animals. Whereas Salil thinks that spending all this money for building temples to keep a stone piece in temples & to help animals are just wasting a money. Salil strongly believes that there is nothing like god in this world. To help human is the only big help.
