The spectrum of humanity has many shades- if there are brave, courageous, happy men on one side there are sad, cynical existentialists on the other. ATITHI depicts the clash of extremists.

On one side is a dying patient (who does not know about his imminent death) who has never tasted love, one who despises everything and every one on earth, a person who has evolved own philosophy of life - direct result of his own disappointments.

At the other end is a happy family of five soldiers patients and a nurse. For them life is boxful of treasures, surprises, ups and downs - a battle to be fought smilingly.
