The problem lies with us. If we put our heart to 1 or 2 songs of the album, we always try to skip the other songs of the same album. it happened to me, i love "Guzarish" n bheka. Music director gives same importance to all the songs they compose. so.. it is within us to get certain songs..

rahman sir's songs take time to grow on you....just hear them repeatedly and you will know that you have started singing them....
ghajini is a yet another musical innovation by rahman sir...just feel the variety in the songs that he has done this year!!!!!!!!

I disagree with the review

I would not agree with the review. One needs to listen to the Rahman songs again and again to understand how versatile the compositions are. Just by listening to them once and reviewing; I do not think that is the currect and many Rahman fans will agree with me. Frankly, I think Rahman did a spendid job. Especially "Behka"; It is so damn different that, each time I listen to this song, it suprises me. Especially the Antra; brilliant job. I do not think any Indian music director would take a risk to add a "talking Antra". And about the other song "Aye Bachu",it is just amazing. Again one needs to listen to them again and again. I am sure people will fall in love with this song after watching it in the theatre :-).
Yuvvraaj and other Rahman music albums which got released this year are very soothing, but mind you they are not that different. One just falls in love with these album songs after listening for the first time. But that is not typical "Rahmanish". I feel that Rahman did a spendid job in composing Ghajini songs and you would appeciate that only after listening to the songs a couple of times. Just give it a try and you would love them.
