It is a very well made move and I liked it. Congrats to Ashutosh for giving us such an excellant film, where acting, photography, music and action are superbly carried out. In particular, Hrithik was outstanding.

After LAGAAN & SWADESH Ashutosh has done it again. A fantastic movie with super fine performances by Hrithik , Aishwariya ,Sonu Sood and all others.
A great musical experience with the Rahman-magic.
Undoubtedly a superb film !!!

It was an amazing movie. Just for a few dinars, i could watch such a wonderful movie. It was worth the ticket money. I watched it twice, which I rarely do. Hritikh was amazing as Akbar. I felt as if I am seeing the real King Akbar. I loved the movie. It was the best i have ever seen.

listen we do appreciate that old era movies should be made but the thing is that who is interested in life of jodha anad akbar as they haven't done remarkable except being popular as parents of prince"Saleem".i found no point of anxiousness to wait and watch for the movie.
On the other hand anyone can look good in aushotosh's movie it is not hritik aur ash's magic.

That was great

AMAZING-scene where hritik orders to throw the guy again...from the balcony
what i liked is when hritik is watching aish while his supposing mother is talking to him and then hritik makes as if he was listening...I used to do that in school, college n even at MSC level...thats too great a scene...
the fight scene in the climax shows hritik less stronger than his nemesis..and he is able to put the man bigger than him down..that's great too...
enjoy the movie...

A vision put into a movie. Magnificent!! AG, has out done himself with this movie. Hrithik was a profound akbar, as if I was watching the real akbar himself. Aishwarya and Hrithik's sword fight was a great scene, it was a bit long, but worth it. I did not want the movie to end, 3.5 hours did not seem much when you are watching AG's movie with rehman's music. Perfect hormony!

Amazing movie- Simply Fantanstic!

Jodha Akbar is superb. It is simply fantastic. Hritik has taken his acting skills to another level. A level higher than any other Male hero. Ash's performance is also superb. Direction, music, set design etc are all world class. Jodha Akbar can successfully compete with any world class movie made by Hollywood or any other film industry.

I think this is the best movie in 2008 and 2007 .The cast were super the costume was so good .Hirtick and ASH looks so good and acting to another level

It was amazing

This is the best movie I have ever seen in my life. First of all, look at the music. It feels like you're going back to the 16th century. When watching the movie, I felt that I was actually standing by the corner and watching this really happen. The camera direction, the action sequences, were all awesome.
From the way Ash carried her self, to the way Hritik walked makes you think that they might be the real Jodha Akbar.
Look at the sets, amazing. No director in this world could create this sets. Not even the sets of Mughal-E-Azam seemed so real. You could tell that those sets where created. The JA sets seemed very real.
I wish I could give Ashutosh, Hritik, and Ash all the awards I could think of. They all did an awesome job

This is a new type of movie in bollywood as untill now historical movies have not done well at the box office. This movie sets new standard and is a great watch. The movie has an amazing love story and also has some really good action.
