Development of birth place of Lord Mahavir

We can ask to sitting MP of Vaishali, he fail to provide railline between Hajipur to Vaishali. He belongs to RJD & very closed to Mr. Lalu Yadav. Vaishali is totally ignored by him. So, Please ask to what he is done in vaishali.
