Kakaji should have got this award much ago. He is one the best romantic and emotional actor on Indian screen. He had record success like never before 1969-75 and was popular till 1990s. He quit later but the job/work done in these 23 years (1967-90)by him is what others have not been able to achieve after 40+ years of working in movies. He is the real actor/superstar.

This is truly wonderful and there is only one person who should present this award to him on stage- Shri Amitabh bachchan. Who can forget the fantastic filmfare award photograph showing Rajeshji presenting the statuette to AB Ji for Deewaar !
Also i think a lot of people need to come up with suggestions for each room of the Rajesh khanna museum at aasshirwaad. We will start posting some soon at the rajesh khanna forum on topix.net.

Kaka ji always deserved it.. He is a national Hero who keeps alow profile. He deserves much more from the media, because in films - He created Media for real. And yes, This award must be given to him by AMITji - is successor.A legend to another.
