Just saw the play yesterday. Must say, they've done a fine job. It does bring a tear to the eyes. Smriti is competent, Dharmendra is excellent, Arvindbhai does justice to his character, but the stealer is the blind old man - I forget his name...he brings a lump to the throat...the story is not novel...the treatment is. Watch it.
Just a few jarring notes...
The narration by Harish Bhimani...some gujrati words are not pronounced right.
Since when does a train to Benaras start from Bombay Central???
Imtiazbhai, If you are reading this...correct it before the premier show on 22nd Feb.

I;ve seen the orignial version

I've seen the original version. It was just wonderful. I hope this one is able to create the same impact.
