Father and Mother - Both are typical middle-class husband and wife. Vedika is the eldest daughter pursuing her legal career in Mumbai. Namrata - Youngest daughter staying with parents. They are residing in town near Sangli. Namrata is shy and timid. She is a scholar, studying in 12th and is keen to do career in Medical. Jay Sane is her college friend. He is the single child of Advocate Sane - Famous Lawyer who can buy success by any means and Jay's Mom is Doctor. Mr. and Mrs. sane had spoiled relationship, which has resulted into Divorce. Little Jay had a strong negative impact of his parents divorce. He seems to be more comfortable in Namrata's home and Father and Mother of Namrata are loveable rather than his parents. Jay and Namrata are good friends but suddenly Jay falls in love with Namrata. She refuses his love. According to Namrata, friendly relationship should not be mistaken as a love - affair. Jay has always been encouraged by parents. He never accepts 'No' from anybody. Namrata's rejection, he took it very seriously.
Namrata is getting blank calls therefore her entire family is disturbed. When Vedika comes from Mumbai to celebrate Namrata's birthday, she realizes that entire family is suffering from blank calls tension. Vedika is bold and dynamic. She takes up this problem. Vedika finds out that Jay is the culprit who is doing this mischief and is the root of harassment.
Namrata tries to tell Vedika that Jay is innocent. He was frustrated when she had refused his love. However, she firmly believes that Jay is good at heart. He was doing blank calls, but now he has stopped it. Then who is still making blank calls? Question remains unanswered.
One day Namrata is murdered Vedika gets furious. She vows that she would find the culprit. Now Jay is also absconding. Police Department is strongly suspect that Inspector Khavat must have hand in love relationship with criminal lawyer advocate Sane. Suddenly Jay Sane comes out and surrenders to police stating that he has murdered Namrata. Vedika blasts over police particularly on Inspector Khavat. Sane family is desonatly crying to save their son. Ultimately truth comes out.
