John Krasinski’s success has propelled him into outerspace

After finding success with A QUIET PLACE, John Krasinski is prepared to begin another project in the sci-fi genre.
The actor director has been in talks ever since his film, A QUIET PLACE with wife Emily Blunt hit the screens and wowed the audiences all over the world.
 
The film will be based on a short story by Cecil Castellucci, titled ‘We Have Always Lived on Mars’ which centers on a woman who is a descendant of a Martian colony long-abandoned by Earth following a cataclysm. The woman one day finds she can breathe the air on Mars, upending her world and that of her fellow colonists.
 
Krasinski’s film which had a humbled budget earned well over and is giving back in surplus which shows the confidence in the director.
 
Kransinki came into the limelight with his TV show The Office and A QUIET PLACE has shot him into superstardom.
Krasinski will be next seen in the Amazon series Jack Ryan, based on the Tom Clancy character and produced by Paramount Television.
