1971 IndiaToday, 1971: The Prisoners of War 's music is going to be released atop the first aircraft career of the country, INS Vikrant. It is the first aircraft carrier of the country and epitomizes the valour that it had shown during the war of 1971 between India and Pakistan and there could not be a better platform to announce the launch of the music of a film, which is based on the characters of the 1971 war.

When EKLAVYA was released whole of the INOX theatre was draped in a cloth, producers of EKLAVYA seeking the help of ace designer Nitin Desai created an ambiance of Rajasthan. When BLACK FRIDAY was released a burnt car was placed at the entrance of the theater, the objective being to symbolically represent the theme the movie is going to display. In the same manner HONEYMOON TRAVELS PVT LTD had its music launch at Marine Drive where all the couples of the movie had congregated.

It is becoming apparent that the movies, which are going to have themes that are not run of the mill, are pulling all stops to create the awareness among the movie going public about the supposed novelties that the movies have been packed up with. The packaging is having streaks of novelty of all hues as the element of novelty is being used as a USP for creating awareness about the film.

This pointed departure about debut of the films has come to establish itself during last two-three years in a big manner, and even international pre-releases have become a big congregation of the star casts of the film under question. Earlier, the films were released on Fridays and a special premiere show used to be done on Friday itself and most of it was done at the Metro cinema in Mumbai. But with the changes in times, and the demands of the time new elements of marketing are being adopted, the most prominent being premieres on Wednesdays, which is mostly a premiere that is a paid one and it has a huge
The-Royal-Guardcost associated to it and premiere of the movies all around the country side. The paid premieres have emerged as the veritable tool of publicity for the film under question, as it is a one point congregation, where apart from the star cast, everybody who is whose who wants to be seen and offer their comments. And once the stars endorse the film, it is bound to ensure the audience in the cinema at least for initial phase as the fan following attains the recommendatory propositions as well.

Publicity after all, is announcement and marketing of the product, and as novel it can become, there is a better chance for larger number of audience to throng the audiences.
