Apart from the fact that RAAJNEETI is being talked about for a film that has striking similarities with the first family of the country, it also is being talked about for being a film that has rather steamy scenes in it. In fact such was the duration of the scenes in RAAJNEETI that even Arjun Rampal readily conceded to tone down the tenure of the scenes from RAAJNEETI. It indeed is one of the apparent paradoxes that Hindi cinema still is in its nascent stages as far as celebration of the magic moments between a couple on the screen is concerned, and it would only be one of the kind, as in all the other countries where films are made scenes of love making on the screen are done in a rather regular manner and are done in a very sensitive manner.

On the other hand for Hindi cinema till not a long time ago the moments of passion were denoted in a symbolic manner, seeking refuge either in the animal phylum or through the plant kingdom, and a coy expression denoting the end of the romantic interlude. While RAAJNEETI could become a milestone as far as picturizing the scene in the Hindi films is concerned, here is a relook at some of the passionate moments in Hindi cinema.

ARADHANA: ARADHANA is the first film whose name flashes into the mind when the moments of passion as they have been encapsulated in the world of Hindi cinema are counted. The sizzling saxophone lurking from the background and the igniting passion through the eyes of Sharmila Tagore and Rajesh Khanna indeed are moments that are worth savoring whenever "Roop Tera Mastana" is played on the screen.
