Download VeerZaara WallpapersPakistani and Indian athletes here were Wednesday treated to a special screening of the latest Bollywood hit "Veer-Zaara", a star-crossed romance between an Indian soldier and a Pakistani girl.

Sportspersons participating in the Punjab Games watched the Shah Rukh Khan-Preity Zinta starrer at a cinema hall.

Indian movies are quite popular among Pakistanis, even though their screening is banned there.

Players have been treated to cultural performances by artistes from both countries every evening at the National Institute of Sports complex, where most of them are staying.

Some Pakistani players approached the "Veer-Zaara" screening with apprehension.

"I hope it does not have the usual anti-Pakistan sentiments," said athlete Yusuf.

But with Yash Chopra, who made the film, recently saying that both countries needed to show each other positively in their films, they need not have worried.
