The melodious songs of Criminal - Tum Mile, Jism - Awarapan Banjarapan and Zakhm - Galli Mein Aaj Chand Nikala are still fresh in on our minds. Wait till one listens to Roya Re from DHOKHA! The magical trio of Mahesh Bhatt (Vishesh Films), Saregama & M M Kreem strike right chord yet once again with the pleasant music on the film.
The combination of Mahesh Bhatt - Vishesh Films, M M Kreem and Saregama music have given musical chartbusters in the past and now once again they have recreated magic with DHOKHA.
DHOKHA is about an honest, sincere, dedicated Muslim cop Zaid Ahmed (Muzamil Abrahim), and madly in love with his wife Sarah (Tulip Joshi). Everything in his life is smooth until one day when a bomb blasts occurs in the city. He is tirelessly helping the shocked and shattered victims, until he sees his wife being one of dead in the blasts. His turmoil doesn't end their but begins because his wife was the suicide bomber, the victimizer for the blasts.
Mahesh Bhatt known for a good ear for music and hence has been able to get the best out of his music directors and it is not different for DHOKHA too. The tuning between M M Kreem and Mahesh Bhatt is evident in the music of the film. DHOKHA is a treat for all those who love Kreem's music. The songs of this movie will touch your heart and make you hear them again and again.
The music of DHOKHA is special for one more reason - Rafaqat Ali Khan; a Pakistani singer has sung the title track DHOKHA. It's for the first time that music director M M Kreem (of southern origin) has worked with a Pakistani singer. The title track of the movie in itself is a chartbuster. The lyrics for the songs in DHOKHA are written by Sayeed Quadri, Shakeel Azmi, Khushbir Singh Shaad and Bharat Bhushan Pant. The remixes of DHOKHA and Roya Re are done by DJ Suketu.
DHOKHA music is sure to reinstate the magical blend of Saregama, Vishesh Films and M M Kreem.
