Akbar Khan's TAJ MAHAL to be screened at Dubai Film Fest

TAJ MAHAL celebration partyA revised and shortened version of the film TAJ MAHAL - AN ETERNAL LOVE STORY by filmmaker Akbar Khan is being screened at the Dubai International Film Festival.

The film will be screened on 11th December in the Festival which is being held from 9th December to 16th.

The screening is part of the comprehensive selection of contemporary cinema from around the globe, reflecting Dubai's multi-cultural and multi-ethnic community, and will serve as an effective platform for inter-cultural dialogue and global understanding.

TAJ MAHAL - AN ETERNAL LOVE STORY, made at a cost of Rs 700 million, has been included in the festival as a ''Historical Spectacular Classic'' in the Director's Cut section as he is the director and editor of the film.

Actors Pooja Batra, Manisha Koirala and Kabir Bedi will also attend the screening along with Akbar Khan.
