Vishesh Films' SHOWBIZ has released all over today and it appears that this Mukesh Bhatt production would go down as the most low key release ever for its makers.

The film has released with quite low number of prints with even major multiplexes getting only a minimal (2/3/4) number of shows. The film which marks the debut of choreographer turned director Raju Khan was under promoted to begin with and now that it has arrived at the theaters, there is no buzz.

Mukesh Bhatt has openly acknowledged his discomfort around Khan's work in the film and has even termed him as a bad director. When a statement like this comes on the eve of the film's release, it only establishes the lack of confidence level that the makers seem to have in their very own project.

Though Mukesh Bhatt had earlier attributed a low key release of SHOWBIZ to a revised promotional strategy for the production house which thrives on low price-decent profits projects, the reason behind the same appears to be truly different with the latest declarations.
