View Apne Movie StillsAnil Sharma's APNE may have the rough and tough Deols starring in it, but besides being abundant in action, the Rs. 21-crore film has some heart-wrenching emotions too. Those who have had an occasion to see the film at a trial show, assert that.

APNE is basically the story of a disgraced boxer (Dharmendra) who wants to get back his honour by making his elder son (Sunny Deol) a boxer of international repute, strikes a chord with the viewer.

However, it is the younger son (Bobby Deol) who steps in to fulfill his father's dream when the elder one refuses to become a boxer.

The 3-hour long film (which is likely to be trimmed), boasts of a number of claptrap scenes. The title track, soulfully rendered by Sonu Nigam, is a tearjerker. With enhanced promotion, APNE seems poised to be a winner at the ticket-windows!
