E Niwas v/s E Niwas in January 2008?

This one sounds truly absurd.

For a director whose last release was way back in 2004 (BARDAASHT) and has been painfully getting his other two films towards completion, E. Niwas may have both his new films releasing early this year.

To add insult to the injury, indications are that both the films may come on the same day i.e. 11th January.

We are talking about DE TAALI and MY NAME IS ANTHONY GONSALVES, both of which were originally supposed to arrive this year but have now been pushed to 2008.

While DE TAALI is said to be a light hearted film starring Aftab Shivdasani, Ritesh Deshmukh, Ayesha Takia and Rimi Sen, MY NAME IS ANTHONY GONSALVES too follows the same route with newcomer Nikhil Dwivedi pairing up with Amrita Rao.

Now this is one clash that SHOOL director Niwas would certainly be praying to be avoided!
