Kunal Kohli, the man of multi talents won myriad accolades for the two blockbusters HUM TUM and FANAA. After the super success of the onscreen jodi Saif-Rani in HUM TUM, the director Kunal has geared up to bask in the glory of yet another hit coming this June with Saif-Rani in the lead. The unnamed film which was identified as 'Kunal Kohli's next' now has gained a title THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC. Because of its untitled status it was in the news for quite sometime.

Recently, we spoke to Kunal at Yash Raj Studios and asked him to divulge information about his latest offering THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC he said, 'Everyone before the release of their film say that their film is different and quite unique, but I'll only say that it's a very simple film with simple story. Our lives are filled with ups and downs, tears and joy; it's during this period when we're down and out. We all need a little help, a little love and a little magic. Magic that will wipe those tears, magic that will help us fight the bad times. So THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC is about people like you and me who wish for a little bit of magic in our lives, and don't realize the angels who bring it to us are right amongst us. And these angels could be anyone in any disguise. They bring happiness in our lives.'

This is the third time Kunal is working with Rani Mukherji after MUJHSE DOSTI KAROGE and HUM TUM. On being asked why he chose Rani again and that too for playing the role of angel, he replied, '(laughingly) Because Rani's dates were free. Well, actually I have worked with Rani earlier and we share a good rapport and also I think she perfectly fits this role. Even she liked the role very much when I narrated the script.'

Kunal has also worked with Saif earlier in HUM TUM, which was a hit, so was it a reason to repeat Saif? To this Kunal responded by saying, 'I think today Saif has gained enough maturity as an actor. Be it KAL HO NAA HO, DIL CHAHTA HAI, PARINEETA, HUM TUM, OMKARA, RACE, TASHAN his performance has grown degree by degree with each of these movies. Today his profile stands versatile by playing diverse characters in each of the film. And I never wanted to repeat a HUM TUM genre with Saif. I wanted to cast him in entirely different shade. He has played a completely different kind of role in TPTM, which you would never expect. Today he can play any role. In fact I told Saif that whenever he has played unusual characters he has excelled. And THODA PYAAR THODA MAGIC will prove one step forward in Saif's career.'

One hopes to see that the trio of Kunal, Saif & Rani get 'Thoda Pyaar' from the audience and works 'Thoda Magic' at the box office.
