Shilpa Shetty has landed in Mumbai after a super-successful three-month tour to Europe.
During the tour, the actress launched her perfume S2 in UK which topped the sales charts, followed by more than 50 stage shows of her musical 'Miss Bollywood' spanning 16 cities of Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Britain. A week ago, she released a fitness DVD called 'Shilpa's Yoga' in UK and Dubai, apart from admitting her relationship with London-based businessman Raj Kundra just before she left for a week long year-end holiday with her family to Las Vegas.
'It's been an eventful time for the all-new globe-trotting Shilpa. This year, she plans to do more shows of her musical as well as participate in some interesting films in India and abroad,' says her publicist Dale Bhagwagar. '2007 catapulted Brand Shilpa to international fame. 2008 could be as promising. But everything Shilpa does abroad, would always have an Indian touch and feel; ‘apne mitti ki khushboo'. Whenever abroad, she misses Mumbai and its abounding energy the most,' he adds.
Her near future projects include Sunny Deol's film THE MAN' (co-directed by Sunny and Neeraj Pathak), an international venture HANUMAN produced by Uru Patel (where she will play the role of Goddess Sita), a cookery book tentatively titled 'Soul Curry' and a signature clothing line in Europe.
