In the times when only the music of JANNAT and JAANE TU YA JAANE NAA is doing great while some of the biggies are struggling to make an impact, music of a relatively small film is carrying excellent reports.
We are talking about HAAL-E-DIL which has just hit the stands and though it is hasn't zoomed to the top position in a week's time itself; it is fast making an impact due to sheer melody quotient.
Producer Kumar Mangat surely likes to experiment when it comes to the music of his films. While his SUNDAY had six composers for six different songs in the film, in HAAL-E-DIL too, he has opted for multiple composers.
With as many as 4 composers collaborating - Anand Raaj Anand, Pritam, Vishal Bhardwaj and Raghav Sachar, the album has variety of songs to keep the listener entertained. In fact there is not a single song which doesn't pass the test.
After the appreciation that the title song 'Haal E Dil' followed by 'Jeeta Hoon' and 'Rani' have got, even 'Fashion' has made a major impact within a week of it's release due to it's hip-hop appeal and some catchy dance steps.
No wonder, Amita Pathak, Nakuul Mehta and Adhyayan Suman - the three debutant actors of HAAL-E-DIL - are enthralled with the kind of music HAAL-E-DIL boasts of and are now looking forward to the reception that the film gets on its 20th June release.
All in all, 'Haal E Dil' is an excellent album which has all in it to be an ideal Valentines gift for someone you love. It would have been just apt if this out and out romantic album with variety galore would have released in the month of February to coincide with the mega love event.
However, seasons hardly matter in case of 'Haal E Dil' which music lovers would love to grab on to and give a continued hearing.
