Apoorva Lakhia has kept his promise.

Exactly a year after announcing MISSION ISTANBUL and 8 months after the film's shoot was kick started, the writer-director has gone ahead and confirmed the release date of the film. His yet another multi starrer after SHOOT OUT AT LOKHANDWALA is all set to arrive on 11th July. Though earlier it seemed that the film would make it only towards the month end, the promos have been already unleashed which confirm its 11th July plans.

Starring the quartet of Viveik Oberoi, Zayed Khan, Nikitin Dheer and Shabbir Ahluwalia in principal roles with Sunil Shetty as the senior most in the group and Abhishek Bachchan in a special appearance, the film has Shriya Saran as the only leading lady.

An action film that carries a theme of international nexus of mafia, politics and global terrorism, MISSION ISTANBUL is produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, Sunil Shetty and Shabbir Boxwala and is presented under the banner of Popcorn Motion Pictures and Balaji Telefilms Ltd.
