Nobody must have ever imagined that UTV Motion Pictures shoestring budget film A WEDNESDAY will turn out as a huge hit beating the biggies like DRONA and KIDNAP.

And not surprisingly the film is still going strong at the Box–office.

In today's Bollywood scenario where maximum films work majorly on the basis of amount of publicity and hype–factor plugged in, A WEDNESDAY is the one of those rare films which stood out victorious only because of its excellent word of mouth.

And now looking at this euphoric response that it garnered over the weeks gone by UTV's A WEDNESDAY has been declared tax free in Maharashtra.

If the reports are to be believed than Debutant Neeraj Pandey's A WEDNESDAY has so far netted 10.70 crores in five weeks from India. The Naseer and Anupam starrer is more than a clean hit from India.
