It is directed by Mohit Suri. This is Mohit's fifth film with the Bhatt Brothers.
Incidentally, Kangana Ranaut plays a fashion model in FASHION as well as RAAZTHE MYSTERY CONTINUES.
UTV Motion Pictures' forthcoming film FASHION is slated to release across 630 screens in India and 120 screens in 16 countries across the globe. It will release in the US and the Middle East on 30 October, with the other international markets following on 31 October.
RAAZ THE MYSTERY CONTINUES is touted to be the biggest & the most expensive horror film in Bollywood so far and is one of the most anticipated projects by trade. It is slated to release on January 23rd 2009.
RTMC deals with issues of the "evil within" the human psyche and how it manifests itself. It is based on the myths and superstitions that are still widely existent in the contemporary Indian society. The film attempts to challenge one's beliefs about paranormal phenomena. It is about anticipation of fear and the fright residing within ones' self.
That this film has huge expectations from film lovers and industry experts can be justified by the fact that the Bhatts have always made impressive pathbreaking films. The soundtrack of RTMC is said to be absolutely fantastic and it is already touted as a massive hit.
While there have been a gamut of other scary movies made in Bollywood, RTMC sure seems like it will stand out as something that hasn't been done ever before. The movie sports an allnew logo in a venomous neon green that has been designed to distinguish it as an outandout horror film. The performances by all actors as well as the director's skill have already started creating quite a buzz by those who have seen it. Now ready to be opened up to the audiences in full throttle, the movie will start sending the chills down spines with its first theatrical trailer on October 29th with FASHION. Audiences can well consider horror to be the new theme for this season!
