QUANTUM OF SOLACE The multi-million dollar global box office hit QUANTUM OF SOLACE (the latest from 007 franchise) comes home on DVD and Blu-Ray and is slated to be one of the biggest releases from Excel Home Videos this year.

With 22 films to date, James Bond is the longest running and most successful film franchise in motion film history. The latest bond adventure, QUANTUM OF SOLACE (nominated Best Action movie at the 2009 Critics Awards) has broken numerous records and scored among the top 20 film openings of all time in 67 international territories. With a worldwide gross of over 550 million dollars, QUANTUM OF SOLACE is already the second-highest grossing Bond film of all time worldwide. The movie also features in the top ten most fiscally successful films of 2008.

Daniel Craig returns as the latest incarnation of 007 with his brooding, stoic portrayal of Britain's super agent. The plot follows on directly from CASINO ROYALE as bond aims to uncover the truth of Vesper's death, the woman who betrayed him. Pursuing his determination, leads him deeper into the criminal organization known as ''Quantum'' and into the company of Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), an environmentalist using his wealth and power to help overthrow a government in exchange for a barren piece of desert land that will allow him to control the country's water supply. Forced to work without the help of MI6, Bond partners with Camille (Olga Kurylenko), a young woman on her own quest for justice, and together they travel across the globe in order to stop Greene and seek retribution.
