Randeep Hooda's MERE KHWABON MEIN JO AAYE released over the weekend gone by and turned out to be quite inconsequential as far as box office reception was concerned. There wasn't any buzz or hype to begin with and as the reviews started pouring in along with negligible number of patrons visiting the theaters, there was doomsday round the corner. The film has fared poorly at the box office, hence turning out to be another blow to Randeep Hooda after RU BA RU.
However, this is not all that one would be seeing of Randeep Hooda this year. The actor has at least four more films lined up for release in months to come - RANG RASIYA, KARMA AUR HOLI, LOVE KHICHDI and KUSAR PRASAD KA BHOOT and he sincerely hopes that at least one of them would click with the audience.
''I just hope that each of them is spaced out well'', says Randeep Hooda who has quite some backlog building up for him, ''RANG RASIYA was supposed to arrive in February but now it has been moved on as well. LOVE KHICHDI too has been ready for some time. I am waiting.''
Isn't he waiting though for KARMA AUR HOLI (earlier title KARMA, CONFESSIONS AUR HOLI), ''Is that the new title? I didn't know about this. Man, the film was made four years ago and I don't have any clue around whether it is ever going to release. I stopped thinking about long time ago. But yes, I am mighty excited about RANG RASIYA, my next release. It showcases me in an altogether different manner'', says Randeep.
