After working with Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla in his very first film BHOOTNATH and seeing a reasonable success coming his way, Vivek Sharma could have worked with any other top-line actor for his next project. However, he instead chose to work with Vashu Bhagnani, who is making a comeback as a producer after years, and is launching two newcomers - Jackky Bhagnani and Vaishali Desai.

It doesn't come as a surprise when Vivek states his choice of actors for the film. ''This film required newcomers and hence the reason why I went ahead with untried and untested actors'', he says as a matter of fact.

Talking about the character of Nihal Singh played by Jackky Bhagnani, son of Vashu Bhagnani, Vivek details, ''Since Nihal Singh is shown to be coming from Chandigarh, we had to tone down his personality so that he doesn't come across as a Bombay dude that he is in real life. Nihal is someone who gets visions about future and whatever he says becomes true. However, the simple guy that he is, he doesn't know how to use these powers. This is when Mr. Rishi Kapoor comes in his life and acts as his Guru, guide and philosopher.''

He admits that casting Vaishali wasn't a difficult choice for him. ''I had met Vaishali before and knew that she was the right choice for the role. It didn't take me much persuasion to sign him on.''

On his association with BIG Pictures for KAL KISSNE DEKHA, Vashu Bhagnani says, ''I had already started the film when BIG came into picture. They were looking at making multiple films and I was convinced that KAL KISSNE DEKHA will get a good platform if I was associated with them. They have a great distribution circle and I am sure they will do a good job with the film's release.

Shot extensively in South Africa, Thailand and New Zealand, the film is all set for a 3rd April release.
