Handling multi-starrers is not everyone's cup of tea, and many established and well experienced directors have fallen prey to the stars' whimsical ways, thus ruining the projects. However, young Soham Shah, the director of the upcoming LUCK, seems to be a pro in handling a bevy of stars, who range from the superstars of yesterday like Mithun Chakraborthy, Danny Denzongpa and Sanjay Dutt to present day stars like Imran Khan and Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan.
When asked about how he managed to complete his film on schedule, with some many big stars in it, and whether there were any ego clashes on the set, Soham laughed saying that no one was able to say "no" after seeing his innocent face. On a more serious note he added that the belief about shooting multi-starreres being a tough job is false, as all that the stars want is that their job be cut out clearly and that there are no last minute changes in script and role. And if that is the case, then they follow instructions easily and being experienced they are also helpful with their suggestions and opinions, which comes in handy.
Well, Soham sure knows all the tricks of the trade.
