It seems Aditya Raj Kapoor, the son of yesteryears superstar Shammi Kapoor is gung ho about playing negative shades in his forthcoming films. Aditya, who's making his Bollywood debut at 50, is excited about the anti-hero image that he is going to portray. He says, "I think playing negative roles brings out the real actor in you. I am playing a negative role in my acting debut and hope the audiences would like my histrionics."
Aditya, who incidentally happens to be the latest Kapoor on the block, feels that the age factor is not going to limit his acting potential. He adds, "I am getting roles that fit my age and I'm quite excited about it. Acting has nothing to do with your age, it's my passion and I love to do it."
It must be recalled that Aditya gave up his blue-chip job in order to carry on the legacy of the Kapoor clan, which is nothing but the love for films.
