Dibakar Banerjee's LOVE SEX AUR DHOKHA is one of the rare successes of the year. The director is delighted with the way the film has been accepted, not only by the audience but also the critics, although he is frank enough to admit that he never really designs his films for the critics or the audience, but makes them as he wants to.

KHOSLA KA GHOSLA, OYE LUCKY! LUCKY OYE! and now LOVE SEX AUR DHOKHA completes Dibakar's hat trick of successes. One factor that is common to all three is the fact that they are all small budgeted films. LSD's shoestring budget of under 2 crores has played a big part in its success, not taking anything away from the merits of the film.

CHECK OUT: It's a scary feeling to be isolated

Dibakar feels that LSD couldn't be of a higher budget as the film was experimental and novel and therefore it would have been unkind to the distributors who show faith and buy them, if the film fails commercially. He has wise words on the budget of films and does not criticize those who make them saying that big budget films drive the economy and small films (like the ones he makes) drives the soul and both are important!

Well, here's awaiting Dibakar's to announce his next soon!
