As the year draws to a close, it's time to look back and take stock of Bollywood. It's time to look at the faces who dominated the silver screen in the year 2010. And one name that stands out is of actor Ajay Devgn.

According to latest estimates, Ajay Devgn has outshone all the actors in 2010 to become its poster boy. Ajay was part of hit films like ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE?, RAAJNEETI, ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI and GOLMAAL 3 this year. Not only have his films done wonderfully well at the box office, they have also been some of Bollywood's most scintillating cinematic highs.

And if you thought it was all planned you are absolutely wrong. Ajay Devgn never planned this coup. It's the combination of the plot and the person that has catapulted him to the No 1 spot.

CHECK OUT: Ajay wasn't required in AARAKSHAN

Talking about the string of successes in the year 2010, Ajay says, "I agree that this year has been heavy on work. I have done around 5-6 films this year as compared to my normal rate of 2-3 films per year. I am glad that all my films have done well and the audiences have not felt let down. I hope to keep the trend going."

It must be mentioned those in terms of box office profit, Ajay tops the list followed by Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan.
