Tusshar Kapoor may have had maximum success essaying comic roles in all out comedies but when queried about naming the directors he aspires to work with he surprises with his answer.
Well, it's not Priyadarshan, David Dhawan or Anees Bazmee, as one may think but the director who is heading his wish list is none other than Mira Nair, the director of such critically and internationally acclaimed cross over films like SALAAM BOMBAY, MONSOON WEDDING etc .
The other woman director who he wants to work with is Farah Khan. This is certainly not going to be tough because we know that Tusshar shares a special relationship with Farah and has already put in a special appearance along with his dad, the legendary Bollywood actor Jeetendra, in her second film OM SHANTI OM.
It's not just women directors; there are some men as well who Tusshar wants to work with. Once again the name surprises. It is Dibakar Banerjee of KHOSLA KA GHOSLA, OYE LUCKY! LUCKY OYE ! and LOVE SEX AUR DHOKA fame. Another name that does not surprise at all is Rajkumar Santoshi. Who can forget his crime thriller KHAKEE and Tusshar's brilliantly restrained performance as a serious cop as he stood tall amidst stalwarts like Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar? It still remains one of his memorable performances till date.
Here's wishing that Tusshar gets to work with all those he wishes to so that we to can savour some more memorable performance from the highly talented actor.
