KAMINEY, one of the many path breaking movies from the UTV Motion Pictures stable, has been invited for a special screening at the 8th Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles in the 'Bollywood by Night' section. The Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA) appreciates Indian cinema and the culture by showcasing eminent films, supporting emerging filmmakers, recognizing the industry performers and promoting the diverse perspective of the Indian Diaspora. The festival will be held at ArcLight Hollywood from April 22 to 25, 2010.
The Bollywood by Night section has more than 21 Bollywood films screened that are a blend of classic, fresh and noteworthy Bollywood films. IFFLA features a mix of film programs designed to build and support the growing interest in the Indian entertainment industry and cultivates an audience for Indian films while supporting Indian filmmakers in career development as they navigate the larger studio system in Hollywood.
According to Siddharth Roy Kapur, CEO, UTV Motion Pictures, "It is an honour to be invited for the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles.
