Pritish Nandy Communication's FATSO has been officially invited to participate in the 2010 Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA) which will take place April 20 to 25 at ArcLight Hollywood.

Entering its eighth year IFFLA is a non profitable organization devoted to a Greater appreciation of Indian cinema and culture by showcasing films honouring entertainment industry performers and business executives and promoting the diverse perspectives of the Indian Diaspora. The festival is headquartered at ArcLight Hollywood, a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Los Angeles. Jury and Audience Choice Prizes will be awarded for Best Feature, Documentary and Short film.

Pritish Nandy, Chairman PNC and producer of the film says, "FATSO is funny, romantic, magical. Rajat Kapoor is at his finest as a director, in the charming tradition of RAGHU ROMEO, MIXED DOUBLES and MITHYA. Comedies rarely make it to top rung international film festivals. We are proud therefore that FATSO is going for its second big outing after New York. This time, in LA."

FATSO is all about love packaged in with a calorie count! They say that matches are made in heaven. This is one of those films where they are undone in heaven! But then again, that's the strange thing about love: just when the worst has happened, the best happens almost like the nightmare never took place, almost like love is undeniable, almost like love and hope are two faces of the same coin. The film stars Gul Panag, Ranvir Shorey, Purab Kohli, Neil Bhoopalam, Gunjan Bakshi. The movie has music by Sagar Desai and directed by Rajat Kapoor.

PNC seems to be on a roll, when it comes to international recognition and accolades.
