What AVATAR'S success means to RAMA-THE SAVIOUR!

The success of James Cameroon's AVATAR (in all its versions) has really got things moving in Bollywood. In fact, just a couple of days back, the Roshans have decided to rethink about their KRISSH 3 and have postponed it by almost a year. Not only that, the prospects of Tanushree Dutta's RAMA -THE SAVIOUR (which has been in the making for a while now) has been boosted.

Agrees the actress, 'Yes, you are right. Post AVATAR, RAMA will get more eyeballs now. In a way the delay in the making of the film, due to the economic recession etc. is now proving to be boon for us.'

So, are there any similarities between RAMA-THE SAVIOUR (shot extensively in Thailand) and AVATAR? The ravishing Tanushree clarifies, 'I will not say that but yes, RAMA is also based on Paradise Island, so in a way there may be something common. Basically it's a film that will definitely appeal to the children.'

RAMA-THE SAVIOUR which was completed recently, is now likely to get good offers from the distribution and exhibition sector. Here's wishing it the best!
