Vikramaditya Motwane is all set with his new bollywood venture UDAAN. The film is already creating buzz for its youthful content.

But, what took Vikramaditya Motwane so long to don a director's hat? The answer is best given by his producer Anurag Kashyap.

CHECK OUT: Anurag Kashyap-UDAAN's USP is not having Aamir Khan

According to Kashyap, "Vikramaditya is a person who will never compromise to market diktats. Such people will always find it difficult to find producers who are ready to take risks. That is one of the reasons he ever agreed to take up many plum offers in the past. I think his stories are not only contemporary but have the much needed soul in them."

UDAAN is one of the most awaited films at the box office and it is surely making people stand up and take notice of it.

In the past Vikramaditya has been part of critically successful films like PAANCH and DEV D to name a few.
