BOBBY DEOL & MUGDHA GODSE UNVEIL HELP AT IIFA
Bobby Deol and Mugdha Godse unveiled the 1st look of their horror-thriller film HELP at a Press Conference at The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2010, on 3rd June, 2010 in Colombo, Srilanka. Also present on the occasion was the director of the film Rajeev Virani along with the producers Sanjay Ahluwalia and Vinay Choksey. The entire team of HELP addressed the media fraternity present from all around the globe at the event and the very first promo of the film was played on the screens exclusively. HELP is all set to scorch the cinemas all over on the 9th of July, 2010.
Mugdha seemed cheered up too at the ceremony and said, "IIFA seems as a homely place now, I had my last film's 1st look also taking place at IIFA and now HELP. I am so excited. Actually, I have done glamorous roles as well as de-glam roles in the past but with HELP you will see me in a role which is much more acting oriented. It is the role of a lifetime and I had to prepare really hard to inhabit the skin of the character I was to play." When asked about her Character in the film she added, "It had to be really authentic and I must admit that it was a spooky experience too as the makeup was such that it gave me the jitters. I am hoping that once the audiences have watched HELP they will agree that it is as authentic as it could be and acknowledge that we have not comprised an iota when it comes to quality. So I am waiting for the release of our film on the 9th of July, 2010 and hope that we are successful in scaring the audience out of their wits".
Bobby seemed very excited about his new film and the new look in the film and said, "Firstly I thank IIFA for giving us this opportunity as it is a great platform to promote our film because the media from entire world is present here in majority. I am first time trying my hands in the horror genre and about HELP I would like to say that it has been beautifully shot and is one the finest horror films that the audience will see. It's chilling, gruesome and the kind of horror which gives you Goosebumps. HELP will take the horror genre in India to another level. My character in the film is extremely well defined and I am sure people will like the new Bobby in the film."
HELP is being touted as one of the scariest horror films of all times by the people who have seen the rushes of the film and now with the kick start of the promotion of the film at IIFA, the producers are looking to leave no stone unturned where as the marketing and publicity of the film is concerned.
