The reason is that his grand uncle; Shammi Kapoor, has agreed to be part of his upcoming film ROCKSTAR. Now, Shammi Kapoor will be seen in a small role in this film. And Ranbir cannot stop thanking his director Imtiaz Ali, who took pains to convince the veteran actor for the role. Shammi Kapoor, who has to undergo dialysis thrice a week will shoot for the film despite his weak health. Imtiaz Ali has made sure that the shooting with the veteran actor is planned in a way that takes care of his frail health condition. This will be the first time that Ranbir Kapoor will get to shoot with his grand uncle and the cinema legend Shammi Kapoor.
