Imran Khan is a happy young man. After a terrific start with JAANE TU YA JAANE NAA a couple of years back, he did suffer a set back of sorts with neither KIDNAP nor LUCK doing much wonders at the box office. However, now he seems pretty much in a far safer zone, what with his romcom I HATE LUV STORYS up for release next week. This is not all as his BREAK KE BAAD has made fast progress as well while DELHI BELLY too is aiming for an early 2011 release.
"Yes, I have a very good feeling for each of these three films. I HATE LUV STORYS has created a very good buzz and it is only going to increase over next one week. All of us are quite gung-ho about the film and giving it all to create further awareness. The music has been quite successful and that's an icing on the cake", says Imran whose debut film JAANE TU YA JAANE KYA had boasted of great music as well.
Meanwhile, with BREAK KE BAAD sounding like yet another romcom, this time with Deepika Padukone as the leading lady, and DELHI BELLY coming from the house of Aamir Khan productions, it seems that it is only going to be a way up for Imran.
"DELHI BELLY has shaped up very well. There are some films that give you a sense of something really good in the making. BREAK KE BAAD gives me that sense. We have shot for a major portion of the film and I am getting that good sense. I guess I am pretty much on the right track", smiles Imran before signing off.
