'Kya Pyaar Asmaan Se Tapakta Hai?' (Does love fall from the sky?)

Time and again one has heard this statement, especially from those who are searching for love in their lives. Down and dejected, a number of times people end up complaining - 'Since we have never been able to find true love, perhaps God would send someone from sky which would fall into my lap'.

Well, in his forthcoming film JAANE KAHAN SE AAYI HAI, Riteish Deshmukh ends up making similar prayers and the result is Jacqueline Fernandez a.k.a. Jackie who falls from the sky and literally lands in his arms.

CHECK OUT: Ritesh & Jacqueline's crazy lovestory

Laughs Riteish Deshmukh, "You know, it was so funny when this scene was narrated to me by Milap (Zaveri). There is a point in the film where my character is all low and waiting for some miracle to happen in his love-less life. He is really dejected and as he looks up in the sky over an open field, he ends up wondering if there is someone up there who is listening to him and would send someone special for him from up there. And lo, lightening strikes and I see a beautiful looking young woman fast falling down from the skies into my arms. Can you believe that?"

Now that's one adage that anyone would love to see come true. Especially so when the young woman is none but an enchanting alien from the planet Venus.

"Well, since she is in look out for love herself, it made sense for her to fall into Riteish's lap. After all his character too is in search of love and it was just poetic justice that these characters from two different planets come together with good intervention from fate", smiles Milap who is now looking forward to audience reaction of his debut directorial effort.

Also starring Ruslaan Mumtaz, Sonal Sehgal and Vishal Malhotra in principal roles, JAANE KAHAN SE AAYI HAI boasts of a plethora of guest appearance in the form of Farah Khan, Akshay Kumar, Sajid Khan, Amrita Rao, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and Vidya Balan. With music by Sajid Wajid and lyrics by Sameer, JAANE KAHAN SE AAYI HAI is presented by Warner Bros, is a co-production of Nikhil Advani and Mukesh Talreja and is releasing all over on 9th April.
