Is HOUSEFULL inspired from any Bollywood or Hollywood film from the past or present? Are there any scenes that have been lifted frame by frame in this first major multi starrer of the year? Would there be some facts about any 'source' that would be unveiled once this Sajid Nadiadwala production hits the screen? These are just some of the many questions that continue to amuse Sajid Khan who was the first film maker ever in the history of Bollywood to cross the 50 crores mark as far as the India box office collections of a debutant director are concerned.
While he may be smiling today while being reminded about this fact and also a belief that HOUSEFULL would indeed turn out to be a major money spinner when released on 30th April, he gets all fired up when reminded of the accusation around HEYY BABYY being a copy of 3 MEN AND A BABY.
"I have been hearing this for three years now and it is hardly funny any more", Sajid fumes, "If at all there was some similarity, and that too a real faint one, it was from Mehmood's KUNWARA BAAP. It is surprising though that no one ever caught that hint. All they were after was 3 MEN AND A BABY and that's because a journalist or two raised that point and everyone just followed without checking facts. Please, let me state once for and all that my name is Sajid Khan. I don't copy, I create."
