CROOK, the next venture from the Bhatt camp with their favourite, Emraan Hashmi, deals with racial discrimination (as we had informed a few months back and is by now well known). The film is being directed by Mohit Suri, the director of hit Bhatt camp films like KALYUG and RAAZ- THE MYSTERY CONTINUES, both starring Emraan Hashmi.’
Given the sensitive nature of the film there was some problem getting the shooting permission from the Australian government, but the impediments have been removed and the film is likely to be completed on schedule.
In fact the producer Mukesh Bhatt is so confident of keeping the completion deadline and also about the hard-hitting subject that he has gone ahead and done the unthinkable. He has preponed CROOK by more than a month!
As per reliable sources, instead of September 10, as was the original schedule, CROOK will now release on August 6, a week before Aamir Khan's PEEPLI LIVE.
