Now that it is more or less clear that Sajid Khan's HOUSEFULL is a comeback of sorts for Akshay Kumar, there are more and more details emerging about its lucky streak, apart from the superb opening week. So read on!

CHECK OUT: Post HOUSEFULL will it be double whammy via KITES?

We have already told you that HOUSEFULL was released with more than 750 UFO digital screens, a new record for the company. Interestingly the digital prints of HOUSEFULL outnumber the analog prints! As a result the distribution cost has come down substantially. Another fact is that Sajid Nadiadwala and EROS International got a subsidy of around 12 crores from the UK government for shooting HOUSEFULL in the UK. And that is around 20-25 percent of the films' budget!

With Anubhav Sinha's Shah Rukh Khan, Arjun Rampal and Kareena Kapoor starrer RA.ONE, all set for a long shooting schedule in the UK, we hope that the UK government will once again show a similar gesture and generosity!
