As soon as the promos of the upcoming film RAAJNEETI featuring the national anthem was made public, it seems another controversy might soon court the film.
According to our sources, certain quarters have expressed concern over the way some cast members are standing while reciting the anthem. The body language of a few actors seems to have become the new wrath for the filmmakers.
According to our sources, 'The actors, who are coming under heavy criticism as far as this national anthem is concerned include Ranbir Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Nana Patekar, Manoj Bajpai and last but not the least Katrina Kaif. Their body language is so casual that many feel the actors should have shunned the bored look on their face during this important part of the film.'
As per the instructions laid by for National Anthem of India it is clearly specified that, Whenever the Anthem is sung or played; the audience shall stand to attention. However, it looks like the RAAJNEETI stars neglected this part (critical). While the posture of Ranbir & Naseer is absolute casual, Nana & Manoj appear as if the duo are there to grace some grand occasion, Katrina looks totally lost (unaware of the things around).
The only people, who appear to have followed the instructions dedicatedly, are filmmaker Prakash Jha, actors Ajay Devgn & Arjun Rampal.
With RAAJNEETI stars coming under fire for their body language, let's hope this is not another flashpoint of controversy for the film.
