After the success of 2 consecutive years of the Invitational National Karate Championship Akshay Kumar has now set his sights on an International Karate Championship that will see students of martial arts from around the world participating.

Says a source 'Akshay Kumar is very passionate about the sport and was so impressed with the way the Championship in India has shaped up that he now wants to take it to a global level - the planning for its established is currently being discussed and by the looks of it - we have a winner on our hands'
