After a not so successful stint in Bollywood, Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez is now all set to enter regional cinema via Tamil film MANKATHA. The actress has confirmed that she would be doing more regional films and says that she has no qualms in starring in South Indian movies as she feels that cinema is cinema, international, Hindi or Tamil, and she loves to act.
For her role in MANKATHA, Jacqueline will be required to speak Tamil and so the question that arises is whether she would be able to speak in Tamil. Jacqueline reveals that her father speaks Tamil and that it is quite similar to Sinhalese, the language spoken in Sri Lanka and so she would be able to do the film easily.
MANKATHA sees Jacqueline in a very special appearance and is a hugely anticipated multi star cast film starring superstars like Ajith and Nagarjuna.
