Talking about his journey Amarbir said, 'I was a film photographer for a lot of films. While working in these films and with filmmakers like Rajkumar Santoshi and Mahesh Bhatt, I was inspired to make a film on my own. I had also done a music video which got a very good response which boosted my confidence to make this film.'
Speaking about his IDPA achievement, Amarbir said, 'I didn't expect the award as it was my first project. It felt really great. I had made the film to know where I stood. So now I'm pretty gung-ho to make more films. We are already working on a few subjects.'
