Newbie Neha Sharma would be making her Bollywood debut opposite Emraan Hashmi in soon-to-be-released CROOK. While the pretty girl appears to be pretty gung ho about the time that she is spending in front of camera, not many are aware that the pretty girl had actually started off as a fashion designer.
"I love clothes and I always wanted to be a fashion designer. In fact I also have a degree in fashion designing. Movies were never in my agenda and in fact there were no plans whatsoever at my end. However, it was destiny that films happened to me. I was fortunate and left behind fashion designing. I have a regret though that I couldn't get my own label in play. Perhaps one day I will", she shares her dream.
Hailing from Bihar, Neha had lived in Delhi for a while and had walked the ramp for a few fashion shows as well. "Someone forwarded my pictures from these fashion shows to Puri Jagannath, a top director of Telugu films, and I got a call for the audition of CHIRUTHA. Being selected was a surprise as well and I became sure that I was actually being a part of the film world only when I shot for it. However, the opulence of this world came true in front of me only during the film's premier. This was when I was 100% sure that movies were my calling card", she divulges.
She can be rest assured that there would be many more glitzy outings for her as she forays into Hindi films. A Mukesh Bhatt production, CROOK releases all over on 8th October.
