Considering that it would help prevent clashing with other releases - the date was postponed from October 22nd to November 12th which also happens to be Bakri Eid.

Mr. Ravi Walia, MD Rising Star Entertainment says, "There are already some five films releasing on that day and it doesn't make sense to confuse the consumer on choice. Bakri Eid was the best period post Diwali. So far the film promos have got excellent reviews; we plan to continue our promotional activities throughout October. Our partners Percept Pictures have planned out an extensive marketing plan and road-show during the Diwali phase."

Produced by Rising Star Entertainment in association with Percept Pictures, the film's distribution deal has been signed with Springboard Films (PVR Pictures) for its release across 6 territories in India.

ALLAH KE BANDAY that spans the life of children taking up to crime at a young age deals with various socio-economic problems that plague many a lives that represent the future of this country.
