The highest signatures from one school so far is 98000 signatures with Bihar leading the signature campaign. Not only this, but Akshay will also be in Bangalore for a grand event that will be the culmination of the Signature Campaign. The event titled 'Be a Fan of Dignity' will also see him walking the ramp for Bangalore designer - Ramesh Dembla at the glamorous star studded grand finale. Akshay will be awarding everyone who achieved new records for the campaign and also leading the pledge ceremony at the event where everyone present will be taking an oath to remove the r- word from their vocabulary and be more sensitive to people with an intellectual disability. After the show the campaign results will be taken to not just the Social Justice Department in Delhi but Parliament to change National Policy and ban the usage of retard in the entire languages pan India. This has already been accomplished by the Special Olympics Bharat, Area Director in UP.

Talking about his support for the campaign, Padmashree Akshay Kumar Brand Ambassador to Special Olympics Bharat said, "Unfortunately, intellectual disabilities are a reality for a large number of people in the world. Stop the derogatory usage of the word retard. It is not about being politically correct. It is about being sensitive. Join me in pledging your support to the intellectually challenged."

Building up to the excitement of the grand finale, Ramesh Dembla, said, "I am very happy to be a part of this initiative. This is a very worthy cause and I am very involved with it. I am personally meeting up and garnering support from the Kannada film industry and local schools. We hope the event will be a great success and assist in sensitizing a lot of people to the cause. The collection that I have put together for the show at the finale also represents the emotions that we are trying to communicate. The entire collection is designed in red, black and gold signifying bravery, determination and pride respectively. 40 special children will also be walking the ramp along with Akshay as the showstopper. It is going to be a proud moment for all of us who have worked hard to put this together."
